Notice: Support will be limited from Feb 10th - 20th

I will be out of town from February 10th through the 20th. I will have internet access in the event of an emergency, and my husband will still be home. So if anything urgent happens, we will be able to take care of you.

But all non-urgent support tickets may have to wait until I get back, unless they can easily be answered on my phone.
