Login to NetworkedBlogs so you're on the dashboard page ( https://www.networkedblogs.com/dashboard ).
You should see a list of your blogs. Find your blog and click "Edit Blog" next to "Manage".
On the next page, click "edit..." next to the "Blog Link" section. You'll get a warning about needing to verify your site again, but click that you understand. Then you can continue to change your site URL to your new one.
Further down, look for a box called "Feed Link". You need to change this to be your new RSS feed URL, which is https://yournewsitename.com/feed (so your new URL with /feed on the end).
Save your changes when you're done.
